Vous me direz, mais à quoi ça sert encore cette nouvelle tendance ?!?
Et bein, tout simplement à préserver le plus longtemps possible son beau visage au naturel, avec une peau lisse, sans le moindre signe de rides ! Après tout, on fait bien de la gym pour fuseler ses cuisses, rebondir ses fesses et encore affiner et muscler sa taille, alors pourquoi pas pour son visage ?!? Avoir 30 ans toute sa vie, moi je dis “oui” !!!
Tous les jours, face au miroir, avec un bandeau dans les cheveux, on prend 5 minutes seulement pour :
Raffermir la peau du cou, gonfler les lèvres et affiner l’ovale du visage en commençant par le tiers inférieur du visage. On tire la langue 10 fois le plus bas possible, on dit des A, des O et des U en articulant comme si vous parliez à une assemblée de sourds, en poussant le menton vers l’avant.
Pour repulper sa bouche, il suffit de sourir comme si vous aviez gagné au loto ! Faire un sourire franc et largissime, à répéter 10 fois de suite. Puis, prenez un air dégouté, en relevant la lèvre supérieure, 10 fois aussi.
A ce stade déjà, vous sentirez le sang qui circule et commence à bouillonner sous la peau !
Un grand nombre de rides ont tendance à se dessiner sur le front, il est donc indispensable de ne pas les accentuer en bougeant dans tous les sens ! Donc, tous les exercices pour tonifier le front se font sur haute surveillance ! Les doigt posés sur les tempes et sous le menton, faites comme si j’étais éblouie par le soleil en essayant de pousser vos paupières inférieures vers le haut, puis vous jouerez l’étonnement total en faisant les yeux aussi ronds que possible. A répéter une dizaine de fois également.

Interesting approach towards this. What are your thoughts on expansion on a global scale? There are times when things like this begin to have global expansion and frustration. I’ll be around soon to check out your response.
